A.J. Kirkwood Headquarters

Originally the Beckman Coulter’s administrative building, the renovation featured improvements to the historic building including the upgrade of energy efficiency with LED lighting and smart controls throughout, a new roof and mechanical systems. The space includes the creation of new offices, breakrooms, conference rooms, and gathering space.
