888 Grand Hope Lofts

The 888 Grand Hope Lofts, situated in downtown Los Angeles, is a Type 1-A 34-story residential high-rise project comprising 525 residential apartments and ground-floor retail space. The community boasts a penthouse clubhouse and a spacious 33,000 square-foot open-air amenity deck, connected to a 25-foot bridge that spans an existing 550-space parking structure.

AJK played a pivotal role in this project by handling the installation of power systems, lighting, a 1000kW GenSet (generator set), the fire alarm system, security systems, and voice/data/TV infrastructure.
