Flor 401 Lofts
Flor 401 Lofts, situated at the northeast corner of 7th and Wall Streets, represents a new permanent supportive housing development undertaken by the Skid Row Housing Trust. This 6-story project comprises 98 studio apartment units designed to serve the chronically homeless, including veterans, low-income individuals, and those with special needs. The development offers a range of onsite amenities, including ground-level office space, a community room, a fitness center, exterior courtyards, and a community garden. Notably, the project achieved LEED Platinum certification in April 2021.
In terms of technical installations, AJK played a crucial role in the installation of power systems, lighting, the fire alarm system, voice/data infrastructure, and the Area of Refuge (AOR) system for this development.
