Perla on Broadway

Perla on Broadway, situated at the southeast corner of 4th Street and Broadway, is notable as the Historic Core's inaugural new residential high-rise construction in over a century. This 35-story building encompasses 450 residential units atop a podium structure, which accommodates parking facilities and approximately 7,000 square feet of commercial space on the ground floor. The property features one level of below-grade parking and six levels of above-grade parking, providing a total of 444 parking stalls.

AJK was responsible for the installation of various systems, including power systems, lighting, fire alarm systems, smoke control systems, Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS), telecommunication and data infrastructure, audio-visual systems, and a comprehensive security package that includes access control, CCTV, and an intercom system.
